DINNER TIPS::
·
Serve your meal on a smaller plate – entrée size
rather than main size, Your plate will look satisfyingly full with considerably
less food.
· Dish up meals in the kitchen, never from a platter or pot placed on the table, because having extra food in front of you only encourages picking extras from the pot.
·
As soon as you have cooked and served your meal,
put away all unused portion; freezing leftovers immediately is a safe way of
ensuring that you don’t go back for seconds.
But only as much as you plan to consume at a
sitting; for example,
·
A mini-roast, which you can buy at many butchers
nowadays, rather than an entire leg of lamb. Sure, you’will have leftovers for
later if you ivest in the latter…..
·
But you are more likely to eat more when there
are second helpings of an appetising roast in front of you.
·
Make everything you eat the best quality you can
afford, because when the focus is on taste, rather than amount, you are less
likely to overear.
·
Remember one thing.. eatingis one of life’s
great pleasures – maximising enjoyment, not kilojoules.
·
Eat when they are hungry and stop when their
appetite is satisfied.
